All Are Equal Before The Law: School Forces 5 Year Old To Sign A “Not To Kill Or Commit Suicide Contract” After Displaying Gun Knowledge

Does a 5 year old even have a signature, a distinct signature to dot down to begin with?

Alabama school reportedly made a 5 year old sign a contract swearing she will not kill or commit suicide after she showed gun knowledge using a crayon reports, Rumor Fix.

A mother of the 5 year old told local news that her 5 year old was forced to sign the document after she pointed a crayon to another pupil like it was a gun.

“They told me she drew something that resembled a gun,” said Rebecca. “According to them she pointed a crayon at another student and said, ‘pew pew’

After the incident the child was reportedly made to answer a questionnaire about suicide among other things she was asked if she was depressed while her mother was made to wait in a lobby.

The mother who is named only as Rebecca claims her child was giving a mobile country school contract to sign stating she will not kill herself or others, without getting a mother’s consent, where as in a state of Alabama a 5 year old is deemed a minor and cannot legally sign anything.

“Most of these words on here, she’s never heard in her life,” Rebecca said, adding that her daughter asked her afterward what ‘suicide’ is.

“As a parent that’s not right. I’m the one should be able to talk to my child and not have someone else mention words like this in front of her at all.”

The mother says the school has recommended that the pupil seek professional help which she thinks is completely unnecessary and she wants this incident removed from her daughter’s school record.

Someone sure needs a psychiatrist here but it is not the 5 year old child.
