Code Name Thuli: Deputy Minister Accuses Public Protector Of Being A Spy
Deputy Minister of Defence and Military Veterans Kebby Maphatsoe has come out guns blazing and accused public protector Thuli Madonsela of being an agent for US agency CIA.
Maphatsoe made these accusations while addressing people at the tombstone unveiling of former Umkhonto wesizwe member Linda “Lion of Chiawelo” Jabane in Soweto on Saturday.
“We can’t allow people to hijack the ANC. We’ll fight and defend the African National Congress. Thuli must tell us who her handler is,” Maphatsoe said.
The crowd cheered and agreed with the deputy minister,
Maphatsoe is not the first ANC official to attack the public protector, a handful other ANC MPs have been launching attacks at her since she wrote to president Zuma asking if he was going to follow her recommendations and pay back some of the money used for security upgrades at her Nkandla home.
Besides being called a CIA agent Madonsela has been accused of undermining the parliament by some ANC official.

US For Africa: Obama Says His Militant Will Help Fight Ebola
Michael Jackson will be so proud, US president Barack Obama has announced that his militant will help Ebola fights in Africa, Obama said this on an interview that was aired on Sunday but he cautioned that it will take months before Ebola slows down.
The president argued that the deadly toll of the disease was being exacerbated because of the rudimentary public health infrastructure in Africa.
“We’re going to have to get US military assets just to set up, for example, isolation units and equipment there, to provide security for public health workers surging from around the world,” Obama said on NBC’s Meet the Press.
“If we do that, then it’s still going to be months before this problem is controllable in Africa,” he said.
But he added, “If we don’t make that effort now, and this spreads not just through Africa but other parts of the world, there’s the prospect then that the virus mutates.
“It becomes more easily transmittable. And then it could be a serious danger to the United States.”
