Christmas bells are ringing and festive cheer is here! While this is an exciting part of the year, it can also be hazardous to one’s health, mainly because Christmas is often a time of over-indulgence. There are weeks of December and New Year where a constant stream of drinks and food is offered where ever we go and gyms are closed when you need them! Which is not good. However, you can socialize and have fun at this time of the year without having to compromise our healthy lifestyles.
