How To: Avoid Halitosis

So how do you avoid or get rid of bad breath and boost up your self confidence in public?

Here are a few tips to get rid of bad breath:
Make sure to brush your teeth with a toothbrush and toothpaste at least three times a day; morning, noon and night. This will eliminate any plaque buildup and get your breath smelling minty fresh.
