Dance yourself into better shape

Recent studies have revealed that no matter your age you can still have hips of a sixteen year old by dancing. The researchers argue that dancing is some sort of easier exercises that don’t require much of your strength.  If you’re looking for something that’s exotic and energetic, but you just can’t tolerate another gym class, this is the way to go.
