The easiest way to get sexy arms

If you are feeling frustrated that you have developed some extra ‘ flab’ on your arms this winter and now your shirt sleeves don’t seem to get past your elbows, then this ‘get your sexy arms back’ work-out is for you.

Here are three moves that you need to complete each week:

The standing V-Raise- works triceps
  • Pick up a 2.5 to five-kilo dumbbell in each hand and stand with your feet shoulder-width apart with your arms at your sides.
  • With your arms still straight, raise the weights in a V shape until your arms are parallel to the floor.
  • Hold for one second, then return to start.
