Smoothie: A great way to get 5- A-day

Try this low fat, super healthy, 5 fruit smoothie recipe for the whole family

Serves 8
Ready in 20 mins
Ingredients:
  • 3 mangoes
  • 3 papayas
  • 200g mixed berries
  • 2 red grapefruit, juiced
  • 3 oranges , juiced
How to make:
1.       Peel the mangoes and cut the flesh away from the stone, peel the papayas and remove the seeds, then pass both through a juicer or whiz in a blender.
2.       Mash the berries together then press through a sieve to get rid of any seeds.
3.       Mix all the juices together and serve in chilled glasses with ice
