Baked Chicken in Verjuice with Grape Salsa

This is a perfect main course – simple to make, but enhanced by the fruity salsa.

Serves 4

Preparation time: 20 minutes
Cooking time: 30 to 40 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 8 portions free-range chicken
  • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
